Sometimes we need to look beyond and imagine what we can do with a big lens and 2x extension. This is an example of such imagination. I took this picture a couple of years ago. My lens was a Nikon 80-400 mounted on a tripod with my Nikon D100. Next time you are outside grab you longest lens and shoot the moon. Bracket the shots to get the correct exposure.

She was so happy to show me her engagement ring that I asked her to take a picture of her so she could send it to her friends and announce her recent engagement. She accepted right away. Howard Hughes resting place. One of the most famous people in this place. It is a great experience to visit this site. I had the pleasure to visit with a great bunch of great photo enthusiasts, people from the Houston Photobloggers . Laurie the captain of the bunch organized this field trip, she couldn't have picked a better place and day to go visit. Thank you Laurie!!!
